The Fourth Annual Islesford Fair on Little Cranberry Island will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 7, from 10am to 5pm.
All proceeds from the community fair go directly to island organizations, including Islesford Volunteer Fire Department, The Nathan Bright Keegan Memorial Fund, Julie’s Garden, Islesford Historical Society, Islesford Boatworks, Islesford Neighborhood House Association, and the Cranberry Island Realty Trust, among others.
Bigger and better than ever, this year’s fair will feature a Silent Auction with Items from Local Artists, White Elephant, Boatbuilding Demonstration, Great Food, Bounce House, Dunk Tank, Games, a Raffle, Races, Beach Combers, Live Music, Toys, Furniture, Antiques, Art, Used Clothing, Islesford Historical Society Publications, Baked Goods, a two-on-two Basketball Tournament and more.
Getting there: Take the ferry to Islesford in the Cranberry Isles departing from Northeast Harbor or Southwest Harbor on Mount Desert Island.
